Installation requirements for the seventh axis of industrial robot ground rail

The seventh axis of the standard robot ground rail adopts a fully servo power system, which has fast completion speed, high accuracy, and good dust and dirt resistance. It is mainly used for machine tool workpiece loading and unloading, welding, assembly, spraying, inspection, casting, forging, heat treatment, metal cutting processing, transportation, stacking and other operations, satisfying the different needs of industrial environment factory automation production.

Requirements for installation site of robot track workshop
1. Electricity needs to meet the equipment's electrical load: three-phase 380V;
2. The gas needs to meet the equipment's gas load: 0.6~0.8MPa;
3. The foundation is satisfied with the equipment's bearing capacity, and the above ground flatness is required to be 20mm;
4. The thickness of concrete shall meet the requirement of 180mm thickness.

1. Check the installation site of the equipment (equipment operating area&ground flatness&ground bearing capacity);
2. Clean the site and plan the placement of equipment;
3. Use cranes, forklifts, etc. to transport to the designated location.
